Welcome to Our Place NH
At Our Place NH, we believe home is more than four walls. It’s belonging. It’s dignity. It’s the freedom to grow, connect and thrive. Our mission is to create lasting housing solutions for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — homes that honor independence while providing the support and community every person deserves.
A Home in Dover
We’re excited to share that Our Place NH has purchased our first property at 105 Durham Rd. in Dover. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for our community. Since 2019, we’ve been working to make this vision a reality — raising funds, building partnerships and preparing for the day we could offer a place to truly call home.
With your support, this house will soon provide safe, welcoming and empowering apartments for 11 adults with IDD. Renovations and a thoughtful addition will transform the property into a vibrant residence where independence and community go hand in hand.
This step forward is possible thanks to the partnership of the Strafford Economic Development Corporation, the Service Credit Union Foundation and countless generous supporters. Additionally, this project is funded in part by a grant from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation's Charles W. Jones Fund.
Together, we are building more than housing — we are building futures.

One home is just the beginning. Nearly 100 families are waiting, and many more across New Hampshire need this kind of lasting solution. With your help, we can grow from Dover outward and expand this model of inclusion, stability and hope for generations to come.
Help us build Our Place in the community!
